Many of us still remember Shaquille O’Neal from his glory days in NBA with the LA Lakers. His incomparable basketball skills paired with his huge figure helped him gain advantage for their basketball matches. Aside from his basketball tricks, we all know one fact about Shaq Attack -- he has a massive pair of feet. Considering his enormous 7’1” height, he sure does have a large shoe size. All of his shoes are custom made to fit his 22-inch kickers. After his NBA retirement, we heard little of this big man.
Recently, he was invited as a guest on American TV Show Inside the NBA, where the hosts get to go deep into the discussion of a basketball game. It is where basketball players from all generation get to be guests to reminisce on their own time in the sport, to give comments on the game plays of today’s players, or simply to be seen by their fans who might miss them dearly.
Just this week, Shaquille graced the show. And to the hosts’ surprise, he showed his foot, live on US national TV, just after their commercial break. As expected, it was really huge. Some people just found it oddly shaped with some folds and irregular toe formation. His nails weren’t groomed at that moment too, that’s why one of the hosts exclaimed that Shaq’s foot resembles a “potato but with four toes”. Many people found it gross and inappropriate to be displayed at a live sports show.
After this shocking display of his massive foot, Shaquille then took the negative comments seriously, that he decided to give his toenails a makeover.
Shaquille documented his day at a nail salon in his Instagram account to pamper his tired looking feet.
The lady who attended to his massive feet appeared to apply her full force in cutting off the excess nails and cleaning each of them.
Shaq even got his lower legs some waxing and scrubbing.
And to top it all off, Shaquille decided to coat his toenails with some glittered platinum nail polish! Commenters were divided in applauding Shaq for taking care of his feet and feeling sorry for the lady who had to do all the “footwork”
