This is where Carolyn started to work on to be able to achieve her youthful glow. Ever since she discovered that she has diabetes 30 years ago, she had cut off every food that contains white refined sugar. Carolyn said that it took a lot of discipline and determination to get pass through this no-sugar diet. She had to avoid all the food that she loves so much, especially the desserts. Fortunately, her body sugar has normalized after a year. However, she was still craving for sweets.

That’s when Carolyn started a product that will let her enjoy the sweetest things in life. She eventually opened an artificial sweetener business. She used her body as a living example of what this miracle food additive can do to one’s body.

Just recently, Carolyn started playing lawn tennis, disregarding her age, as an addition to her already active lifestyle - which includes walking, meditating, and other sports. Carolyn doesn’t conceal though that she’d had a few minor plastic surgeries before, but it doesn’t really add up to how her body copes to old age.
