A female domestic helper who's nationality was not yet identified fell on the 7th floor of the building where she is currently working. The incident took place in Kuwait and was filmed by her own employer on their residential building.
What's shocking about this story is that instead of helping the victim, her employer just looks at her and continued filming the incident. The 12-second long video that has been posted on twitter by Username المجلس went viral and was sympathize by a lot of netizens online.
The Society of Human rights in Kuwait called the authorities to investigate the said incident. According to the statistic, there are more than 600,000 domestic helpers in Kuwait majority of those came from Asia. Kuwait is also known for numerous cases of abuse on their foreign workers. There are hundred of cases wherein foreign workers escape their employer on their fear of being rape or by being accused of a crime that they did not commit.
