Another arrogant man has been documented punching a poor helpless tricycle driver.
On a video uploaded by Matalinong Matsing on their facebook page. A man can be seen arguing with the driver of the tricycle and he comes closer to the driver and punch him in his face.
According to the facebook post, the arrogant man punches the tricycle driver twice in his face but the first one has not been documented on camera.
The reason for their argument has not been stated on the said post but one of the netizens said in a comment that the Arrogant man told the driver to set aside then he thought that the driver is saying something bad about him. The arrogant man turns around and gives the driver another blow of punch in his face.
The netizens said in a comment that the man needs to be tough with good manners. they even call Raffy Tulfo to teach this man a lesson.

A Police can be seen in front of the tricycle but did nothing to prevent the arrogant man from punching the poor driver, many netizens were also mad at him. some of the netizens said that the police is not fulfilling his duty to maintain peace and order.
The video of the incident has been posted on Friday, April 28 at 9:28 p.m since then the post garnered 36 thousand reactions, 17 thousand reactions and 125 thousand shares on facebook.
