30,000 worth of illegal drugs has been seized by the personnel of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Sitio Torrel, Brgy. Dapawan in Odiongan, Romblon
In an operation conducted by the Philippine Coast Guard in partnership with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) last April 9.
According to the reports, Joseph Ignacio Forio, Jones Faigao, Benriv Fronda and Al Fernandez were caught in illegal drug operation by PDEA and PCG.
Aside from illegal drugs, the authorities also confiscated drug paraphernalia from the suspects. Before sending the suspects to the Municipal Police Station in Odiongan, Romblon first they are taken to the hospital to undergo a physical examination.
According to the report, the 3 suspects have been charged with violation of RA 9165 and RA1059.
